June 7, 2016 Untitled For Anne, Detuning Guitar and A Shackle Affair with international guests447 Location: Zaal 100, De Wittenstraat 100 Amsterdam Time: 21:00 Shackle will play with Cologne-based musicians Etienne Nillesen and Nicola Hein, together with Amsterdam-local Oguz Buyukberber. Untitled For Anne is composed by Van Heumen and performed by La Berge. Detuning Guitar is composed by Van Heumen and performed by him in duo with Nicola Hein. In A Shackle Affair the duo Shackle is extended with guest players, performing improvised music guided by a self-designed digital cueing system. The duo Shackle is not only a vehicle for Robert van Heumen (laptop-instrument) and Anne La Berge (flutes, electronics) to explore and discover ways to bring exciting and interactive new music to the public, it is an ongoing project to invite other artists to enter into our intimate way of working.
